- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to balance structure, creativity, and fun in a busy preschool classroom.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Meet applicable state licensing requirements.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Previous experience in a licensed childcare or early learning setting is preferred but not required.
- CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred but not required.
