- We are currently seeking a Housekeeper!
Housekeepers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of property buildings and grounds in a supportive role.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy
- Take responsibility for the daily upkeep of the clubhouse and common areas of property buildings
- Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents
- Maintain the required property uniform and ensure a professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Respond courteously and efficiently at all times
- Be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of management company policies and property community policies
Requirements:
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- High level of customer service
- Ability to follow directions and follow up to ensure completion of tasks
- Housekeeping experience preferred

Compensation: Full-Time $ 23.00 to $ 25.00 per hour
