Fairfax Gynecology Group is a thriving, physician-owned private practice expanding into a brand-new Springfield office to meet rapid regional growth. Led by partners committed to physician autonomy and zero at-home charting, the practice champions true work-life balance in a supportive, collaborative setting. This is an ideal role for an early-career or experienced gynecologist seeking pure GYN, dedicated surgical blocks, and an intentional, non-institutional culture.
- Focused Scope & Advanced Procedures : Practice full-scope gynecology with robust in-office capabilities. Enjoy bi-weekly surgical block time at Inova Fairfax / Inova Womens Hospital with ready access to on-site subspecialists.
- Turnkey Operational Support : Benefit from a dedicated 1:1 MA-to-provider ratio, cross-trained staff for procedures, and AI ambient scribing. A dedicated triage MA and full-time clinical nurse manage portal messages, refills, and lab follow-ups to protect your focus.
- Collaborative & Mentoring Culture: Work alongside 3 physicians and 2 advanced practitioners who are dedicated to clinical collaboration. The practice fosters an inclusive, collegial environment serving a diverse patient population.
- Exceptional Work-Life Balance : Clinic concludes by 3:00 PM MondayThursday and 11:45 AM on Friday, anchored by generous 1-hour midday breaks and capped patient panels (average 1822 patients/day, max 24). On-call is exceptionally light at 1:6, averaging one phone call per week and virtually no emergency hospital call-ins.
