We are seeking a full-time Director of Inpatient Psychiatric Services to join our team at Wakulla Continuum of Care Unit located in Crawfordville, Florida, just 15 miles Southeast of Tallahassee. Lead inpatient psychiatric services while supervising a multidisciplinary team composed of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners and Mental Health Professionals in a provider friendly environment where clinical care is prioritized. This is one of the most diverse and innovative male institutions in the US. Provide inpatient or outpatient services within this state-of-the-art male correctional institution. Utilize some of the most innovative programing and use of specialized Residential Mental Health Units to assist those with serious mental illness.

The Psychiatrist provides psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients, works under the supervision of the Psychiatric Medical Director, and provides clinical leadership for a multi-disciplinary team in providing behavioral health services to patients with psychiatric disorders or other mental health issues.
