Locums Cardiology NP/PA Duluth, MN (Active MN License Required)Why This Role

Assignment Details
• Start: As soon as credentialed
• Duration: Ongoing
• Two providers requested
• Setting: Outpatient clinic and telehealth
• Schedule: Approximately 7:00 a.m. Äì5:30 p.m.
• Commitment: One to two weeks per month
• Volume: Approximately 15 patients per day
• Appointment length: Thirty minutes
• No call
• Core APP staff handle hospital rounds
• Locums coverage supporting recruitment for permanent APP positions
Clinical Focus
• Outpatient cardiology evaluations and follow-up care
• Electrophysiology background preferred
• Strong general cardiology experience considered
• Collaboration with an established EP physician
• A second permanent EP physician is being recruited
Support
• Three RNs
• One MA
• Two NP/PAs
• One office staff member
• No APP, resident, or teaching supervision required
Requirements
• Active Minnesota NP or PA license
• Current BLS
• Electrophysiology experience preferred
• General cardiology experience strongly preferred
• National certification requirements should be confirmed with the facility
Credentialing
• Approximately 90 days
• Temporary privileges are not available
• Vendor-provided malpractice insurance
