Pay: $145 000 per year (DOE)
Overview:
Our medical practice in Prescott Valley is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to play a hands-on role in musculoskeletal care, working side by side with supervising surgeons across the full continuum of patient care. New grads and experienced PAs alike are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits, including comprehensive orthopedic assessments and musculoskeletal exams
- Perform office-based procedures, including orthopedic injections
- Evaluate patients pre- and postoperatively, monitor recovery, and adjust care plans as needed
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the surgical team
- Order, review, and interpret diagnostic imaging and lab tests to guide clinical decisions
- Manage orthopedic pain using evidence-based pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic strategies
- Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, treatment, and rehabilitation expectations
- Collaborate with surgeons, therapists, and the care team, including limited hospital rounding, and document encounters accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
Qualifications:
- Active, current Physician Assistant (PA) licensure in Arizona
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work independently
- Orthopedic injections experience preferred
- Interest in living in the Prescott Valley area preferred
