Physician Assistant (PA) Clinic Director
Location: Near Fairfield, CA
Schedule: Three days per week, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $90 95 per hour (DOE)
Overview:
Our medical practice near Fairfield is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to serve as Clinic Director and deliver patient-centered, comprehensive care in hormone optimization, weight loss, and wellness. New grads and experienced PAs alike are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Clinic Director, supporting clinical standards, continuity of care, daily clinic operations, and the patient experience
- Provide consultations, follow-ups, and ongoing care in hormone optimization, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, performance medicine, and sexual health
- Perform advanced clinical assessments, including detailed histories and focused physical examinations
- Diagnose and manage hormonal, sexual, and reproductive health conditions using evidence-based protocols, with clear patient education and counseling
- Prescribe, initiate, and adjust pharmacologic therapies within California scope-of-practice laws
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and screenings (e.g., hormone panels, cardiovascular risk assessments)
- Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and dyslipidemia per current clinical guidelines
- Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to coordinate care, and document encounters accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
Qualifications:
- Active, current Physician Assistant (PA) licensure in California
- Experience in hormone therapy, wellness, or integrative care preferred
- Comfortable recommending treatment plans independently
