Full-time 1.0 position Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (8 hours/day, lunch required)Approximately 22 twenty-minute slots per day with an average of 16-20 patients per day36 capacity hours for a 1.0 FTE with 20/40 scheduling slotsCoverage need is for 90 days from provider start dateBoard certification required (minimum board certification eligible)BLS certification requiredMust be comfortable seeing patients of all ages including newborns through adolescentsPediatric care required across all age groups: newborn (birth-30 days), infant, toddler, child, and adolescentGeneral outpatient pediatric care requiredWell woman care preferredStandard family medicine outpatient practice with 18-20 patient encounters per shiftFacility:
