Clinical Magnet (part of ICON Medical Network), is partnering with a highly rated inpatient rehab hospital system seeking a night shift Nurse Supervisor to support a close-knit rehabilitation team near Augusta, Georgia.

Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities
- Oversees the nursing staff and overall clinical operations of an inpatient rehabilitation hospital system
- Oversees personalized patient recovery plans while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Serves as the primary liaison between nurses, physicians, physical/occupational therapists, and case managers to streamline the patient's recovery trajectory.
- Manages department budgets
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Current, active, unencumbered RN licensure in state of practice.
- BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting position.
- CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting the eligibility requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting (within the last five years).
- Previous leadership role, such as charge nurse or lead capacity, where you were responsible for interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation ranges from $38.46-$51/hour based on experience plus very generous shift diffs
