Jobletics by Compunnel is seeking dependable Environmental Service Workers (EVS) to maintain clean, sanitary, and safe environments in facilities such as hospitals, healthcare centers, and other commercial settings. The ideal candidate pays attention to detail and follows established cleaning, disinfection, and safety procedures.
Responsibilities - Clean and disinfect assigned rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and other surfaces.
- Empty trash and dispose of waste according to facility procedures.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and maintain organized work areas.
- Follow cleaning schedules and established sanitation protocols.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
- Follow infection prevention procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
- Report maintenance concerns, spills, or safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor.
Requirements - Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or environmental services experience is preferred but not always required.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation practices is an advantage.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and carry supplies as required.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Schedule Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available. Schedules and shifts vary by location and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
