Roebuck Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Door Shop Helper to assist with the construction and preparation of interior doors.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can safely operate hand and power tools, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM
Location: Greenville, NC
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work efficiently as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Assist with building and assembling interior doors.
Safely operate hand tools and power tools to complete daily tasks.
Measure, cut, and prepare door slabs, casing, and other materials as needed.
Assist with handling, organizing, and moving materials throughout the shop.
Maintain clean and organized work areas, including the warehouse and equipment areas.
Remove debris and help ensure the workspace remains safe and orderly.
Follow workplace safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.
Support team members with additional shop duties as needed.
Qualifications
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely or willingness to learn.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Dependable, punctual, and motivated to work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and handling materials as required.
Previous woodworking, construction, manufacturing, or shop experience is a plus but is not required if the candidate is willing to learn.

High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to obtain Forklift Operator's certification.
6 mths - 1 year experience in mechanical assembly preferred.
Farming Background preferred.
Required Qualifications
Ability to listen, understand and follow verbal instructions.
Ability to use all air and power tools (ex: drills, air ratchet, etc.)
Good Interpersonal and Communication skills are required in working with personnel at all levels
within the organization.
Must follow, practice, and adhere to all company procedures, polices, and safety measures.
