Noor Locums is seeking a board-certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon for a hospital-based locum tenens opportunity in Paducah, Kentucky, with holiday coverage dates available in late December 2026 and early January 2027.

This opportunity is ideal for a surgeon with strong adult cardiac surgery experience, including complex cardiac procedures, Impella support, and structural heart procedures in a hybrid operating room or catheterization lab.

Available Coverage Blocks

• December , 2026 preferred coverage block

• December 28, 2026 January 4, 2027

Candidates must be available for at least one complete coverage block. Availability for the first block is preferred.

Opportunity Highlights

• Hospital-based cardiothoracic surgery practice

• 24-hour call coverage, 7 AM 7 AM

• Approximately 4 7 shifts per month, depending on coverage needs

• Average of 1 2 cardiothoracic surgical cases per day

• Adult and geriatric patient population

• EPIC electronic medical record

• Dedicated cardiothoracic anesthesia team and collaborative ICU support

• First-assist staff with endoscopic saphenous vein harvesting experience
