Shift Details:

- Position Type: Full-time hospital-employed position (Clinic Only)
- Schedule Details: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Fridays typically 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM). Schedules can be flexible as long as contractual hour obligations are met.
- Number of Shifts Needed per Month: Full-time hospital-employed position (Clinic Only)
- Certifications: COVID-19 Immunization, BLS (Required), ACLS (Required if requesting conscious sedation privileges).
- Experience: None required (3 years preferred).
- Procedure Volume: Averages 20 - 30 procedures per week.
- Duties: 100% outpatient clinic with dedicated block time in the outpatient surgery department. Order entry is expected to be completed by the provider.
- Team Structure: Join a team of 2 Physicians working collaboratively with 27 providers at the Reid Comprehensive Bone & Joint Center.
- EMR in Use: Epic
- Trauma Level: 3
Licensing and Privileging:
- License: An active Indiana state license or an IMLC membership is required.
- Willing to License: Yes
- Estimated Privileging Timeline: 60 days
