A growing, financially stable health system is hiring an employed General Surgeon in Brookville, in Northwest Pennsylvania. The system has 9 hospitals serving 29 counties across PA.

Compensation

• $526K base salary
• Uncapped wRVU incentives
• $25K sign-on bonus
• $10K relocation
• $75K educational loan assistance

The Practice

• 25-bed critical access hospital
• 4 ORs
• Minimal call, based on post-op admissions
• Fully staffed, established practice with primary care and specialty support
• Physician-led organization of 200+ providers
