MSK Radiologist Onsite or Remote $500,000 Base + wRVU Incentives + $40,000 Sign-On Bonus

Holyoke Medical Center is seeking a Musculoskeletal Radiologist to join its established team of eight full-time radiologists. This opportunity offers onsite or remote practice options and the chance to support a growing orthopedic and sports medicine program with connections to UMass Amherst athletics, including football and hockey.

Compensation Highlights

• $500,000 annual base salary
• Additional wRVU productivity incentives
• $40,000 sign-on bonus
• $20,000 in deferred compensation for each contract year, with each annual contribution vesting separately on a two-year schedule and paid upon vesting

Established MSK Volume with Continued Growth Ahead

The radiology department performed 30,461 MSK studies in FY2026, accounting for approximately 25% of its 120,787 total imaging studies across all modalities.

The orthopedic and sports medicine program works with University of Massachusetts Amherst sports teams and is expanding athletic coverage to another college. Planned additions include two incoming sports orthopedic surgeons and a nonsurgical sports medicine physician, with further growth in MSK imaging anticipated.

Qualifications

Board-certified or board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology, with fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Radiology preferred. Candidates must be eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure.
