Requirements:
- Graduationfrom an accredited medical school.
- Completionof an accredited United States Family Practice Residency Program.
- BoardCertified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- ValidArizona medical license.
- ValidDEA certificate.
- Demonstratedunderstanding of clinical methods and techniques.
- Stronginterpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients,families, colleagues, and the general public.
- Abilityto provide respectful, culturally responsive care to individuals from diversecultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
- Basicproficiency in business English, spelling, and punctuation.
- Basiccomputer proficiency, including the ability to use electronic medical recordsystems.
- ValidArizona driver's license.
- CurrentCPR and AED certification for Healthcare Professionals through coursesfollowing American Heart Association and American Red Cross guidelines,including cognitive and skills evaluations.
- ValidLevel One Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of PublicSafety for assignments at specialty behavioral health locations.
