Requirements
- MD or DO
- Completion of an accreditedEmergency Medicine residency
- Board Certified or BoardEligible in Emergency Medicine
- Active or eligible New Yorkmedical license
- Active or eligible DEAregistration
- Current ACLS, ATLS, and PALScertifications, as applicable
- Significant EmergencyMedicine experience
- Prior Medical Director orclinical leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of EDoperations, quality metrics, patient flow, and performance improvement
- Excellent leadership,communication, and team-building skills
