Physician (MD/DO) Occupational Medicine
Location: Near Salinas, CA
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Pay: $250 000 per year (DOE)
Overview:
Our medical practice near Salinas is seeking a Physician to join an office-based setting focused on helping workers recover and return to work. New grads and experienced physicians alike are welcome to apply.
Position Offers:

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat adult patients from partnered companies with occupational and work-related injuries
- Develop treatment plans and monitor patient recovery through follow-up visits
- Perform pre-employment, return-to-work, and fitness-for-duty examinations
- Collaborate with employers to support workplace health and safety initiatives
- Provide guidance on injury prevention and health promotion strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations and best practices
Qualifications:
- Active, current Physician (MD/DO) licensure in California
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Occupational Medicine or a related specialty
- Willingness to obtain Department of Transportation (DOT) certification
- Strong knowledge of occupational health practices and regulatory standards, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
