ILOGICSOFT is recruiting a Business Consultant to support technology spend, financial planning and management reporting through practical, data-driven analysis.
Estimated duration: 5 months
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Analyze technology capital expenditures, strategic priorities, budgets, forecasts and variances.
- Prepare leadership reporting on technology usage, demand, financial impacts and contracts.
- Build financial business cases for technology, vendor and product decisions.
- Use Power BI, SQL and Excel to turn data into actionable recommendations.
- Partner with Technology, Finance and Procurement on productivity and automation analysis.
- Lead special projects and present findings to senior stakeholders.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 7-10 years of related experience in project analysis, management reporting, planning and analysis.
- Strong GAAP accounting, reporting and financial-analysis knowledge.
- Ability to evaluate financial results and projections across financial statements.
- Strong Power BI, SQL, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Availability for hybrid work in Chicago.
