Position Overview
We are seeking independent U.S. equity traders with 3+ years of full-time live trading experience and a proven track record of profitability.
The company provides 100% proprietary trading capital. No personal investment or sales responsibilities are required. Traders have full autonomy over strategy development, execution, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
Independently develop, test, and optimize trading strategies based on market trends, capital flows, and liquidity.
Manage the entire trading process, including market analysis, stock selection, position sizing, execution, and exit decisions.
Establish and enforce risk controls, including drawdown limits and position exposure limits.
Review trading performance and continuously improve strategies.
Monitor NYSE and Nasdaq market developments, trading rules, and macroeconomic conditions.
Qualifications
3+ years of full-time live U.S. equity trading experience with a verifiable profitable track record.
Proven ability to independently develop and manage trading strategies across different market conditions.
Experience trading small-cap and micro-cap stocks, ETFs, and U.S.-listed Chinese companies.
Strong risk management skills, discipline, and independent decision-making.
Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
Verified trading records and P&L statements preferred.
