Cardiology Physician

We are seeking a qualified Cardiac Electrophysiology Physician for an on-site locum tenens physician opportunity in Duluth, MN. Provide weekday cardiology coverage with no call requirement while caring for patients with cardiac arrhythmias and rhythm disorders. This ongoing Minnesota cardiology job offers approximately two weeks of coverage per month in a scenic Lake Superior community known for its waterfront, outdoor recreation, vibrant arts culture, and welcoming four-season lifestyle.

• Active Minnesota physician license or eligibility for temporary privileges
• Board certification in Cardiac Electrophysiology or the appropriate related specialty
• Completion of a three-year fellowship in cardiac electrophysiology or a related field
• At least 1 year of post-training experience practicing cardiac electrophysiology
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Clinical competence in the evaluation and treatment of cardiac rhythm disorders
• Ability to perform cardiac device procedures when scheduled and within the provider's credentials and scope of practice

• Evaluate and manage patients with cardiac arrhythmias and other electrophysiology conditions
• Provide comprehensive cardiac electrophysiology consultations and follow-up care
• Perform or assist with cardiac device procedures for appropriately selected patients
• Collaborate with cardiology, procedural, and clinical support teams to coordinate patient care
• Document assessments, treatment plans, procedures, and follow-up recommendations accurately
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care during scheduled weekday coverage
