Cook/Kitchen Supervisor

We are seeking a Cook/Kitchen Supervisor to lead a small kitchen team while remaining proficient on the line, fryers, and pizza station. Reporting to the general manager and owner, this role oversees kitchen operations, including ordering, food preparation, menu execution, recipe development, and seasonal menu updates. The ideal candidate has previous kitchen management experience and is available to work nights and weekends. Competitive pay is negotiable based on the candidate's credentials.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a small kitchen team.
• Perform line cooking, fryer operation, and pizza preparation.
• Order, prep, and prepare food.
• Manage inventory and food ordering.
• Schedule kitchen staff.
• Execute menus independently and contribute to recipe development and seasonal menu updates.
• Maintain food safety and quality control standards.
• Work nights and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of kitchen operations experience.
• Previous kitchen management experience.
• ServSafe certification.
• Experience with food preparation, line cooking, fryer operation, pizza making, inventory management, and food ordering.
• Knowledge of food safety practices.
• Team leadership and time management skills.
