Associate Dentist - Established Private Practice Growth & Partnership Potential

Destination Dental Central Topeka, KS

Schedule: Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 7:30 a.m. 4:30 p.m. (2 days/week).
Flexibility for alternative two-day schedules Monday Thursday is available for the right associate.
Compensation: $800/day guaranteed or 30% of adjusted net production, whichever is higher.

Destination Dental is a private, well-established dental practice seeking a skilled, personable, and growth-minded Associate Dentist who values quality dentistry, honest treatment planning, and strong patient relationships.

As we transition to a new practice name and marketing plan, we re looking for a doctor who wants to grow with us. The position starts at two days per week, with the goal of expanding to four days as the practice grows. A potential partnership opportunity may be available after two years, if mutually desired.

We re looking for someone who wants to become an excellent provider, invest in their skills, and build a long-term professional home not simply chase the highest paycheck from day one.

• $800 daily guarantee or 30% of adjusted net production, whichever is higher.

• $2,000 in paid continuing education, subject to applicable repayment terms.
• Dental care, with applicable lab costs the associate s responsibility.
• No lab fees for cases sent to designated laboratories.
• Advanced technology, including CBCT, intraoral scanners, and electric handpieces.
• Consistent daytime hours with potential to grow to four days per week.
• Potential partnership after two years, by mutual agreement.

The associate is responsible for the full cost of clear aligner orthodontic treatment.

• Perform comprehensive examinations and prompt hygiene checks.
• Provide general dentistry, including fillings, crown and bridge procedures.
• Develop honest, patient-centered treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on complex cases and unscheduled treatment.
• Follow all licensing, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with the dental team and continue developing clinical skills.

Our practice uses Dentrix for practice management.

We welcome new graduates and experienced dentists. We value clinical ability, integrity, humility, and a willingness to learn.

• DDS or DMD and an active Kansas dental license, or eligibility to obtain one before starting.
• Competence in restorative dentistry, including fillings and crown and bridge.
• Sound clinical judgment, steady hands, and strong communication skills.
• A patient-first approach and a collaborative attitude.

Endodontic skills, oral surgery, and extractions are a plus.

You ll work alongside a supportive team of 3 hygienists, 3 front-office team members, and 2 dental assistants at our single Central Topeka location.
