Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

Looking for a Pain Management role with real volume, strong support, and a flexible schedule? This independent hospital in Indiana is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its established Pain Management practice. Step into a practice of 3,000 active patients that receives more than 100 new referrals each month. You will see new and established patients, manage chronic pain and medications, and perform in-office procedures such as joint injections and Botox for migraines.

Position Highlights:
•4-day work week
•Immediate patient volume from an established panel and steady referral flow
•New standalone clinic opened in 2025
•Dedicated nurse, plus additional support as your practice grows
•Large front-office team handles check-in, check-out, and procedure prior authorizations
•Collaborative care model with a respected, board-certified physician lead
•Epic EMR

Compensation Details:
•Guaranteed base salary up to $145,000 plus wRVU production bonus
•Signing bonus up to $20,000
•Up to $25,000 in relocation assistance
•$3,000 CME stipend with 5 CME days
