Critical Care / ICU 14 Shifts per Month 7 On / 7 Off
WPA Medicine Staffing is seeking a qualified Critical Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for an opportunity in Potsdam, New York. This position offers the opportunity to care for acutely ill adult patients with a wide variety of medical conditions in a hospital setting.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing critically ill adults, working collaboratively with a small clinical team, and committing to a consistent 7-on/7-off schedule.

Schedule Requirement: Must be willing to commit to the 7-on/7-off rotation
Patient Population: Acutely ill adults with a wide variety of medical conditions
Hospital Size: 109 total beds
Patient Ratio: Approximately 1:
Department Staffing: 1 provider, 1 NP, and 1 LPN
EMR: Epic
Medication Dispensing System: Pyxis
Requirements
Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Active New York State license
Current AHA BLS certification
Current ACLS certification
Ability to manage acutely ill adult patients
Must be available for 14 shifts per month on a 7-on/7-off schedule, working 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
