Requirements:
- Graduationfrom an approved NP or PA program.
- CurrentArizona licensure and applicable certification to practice as a NP or PA
- ValidDEA certificate
- CurrentBLS
- CPRand AED certification for Healthcare Professionals through courses followingAmerican Heart Association and American Red Cross guidelines, includingcognitive and skills evaluations
- Demonstratedunderstanding of clinical methods and techniques
- Basicproficiency in business English, spelling, and punctuation
- Basiccomputer proficiency, including the ability to use electronic medical recordsystems
- ValidArizona driver's license
- ValidLevel One Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of PublicSafety for assignments at specialty behavioral health locations
