Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
- Compound medications as needed
- Provide drug information and education to patients and healthcare professionals
- Monitor patient medication therapy for effectiveness, safety, and adherence
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Participate in pharmacy operational duties, including inventory management and quality assurance
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and policies
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Licensed Pharmacist in the state of practice
