CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

The Barback is the operational foundation of beverage service. Your precision and anticipation allow the Bartender and service team to focus entirely on the guest. When you do your job with excellence, the bar runs invisibly - and that invisibility is the highest standard.

• Maintain bar supply - glassware, ice, garnishes, spirits, and service items - at all times.
• Anticipate the Bartender's needs before they are verbalized.
• Polish and stage glassware to Tenshou standard before service.
• Run dishes, items, and supplies between bar, kitchen, and service stations as needed.
• Assist with bar breakdown, cleaning, and restocking after service.
• Support the service team with side work, table resets, and guest-facing tasks as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior hospitality or support experience preferred; will train the right candidate.
• Strong work ethic, physical stamina, and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with the ability to anticipate needs and act quickly.
• Ability to perform calmly under pressure during high-volume service. Valid Food Handler Card
