Electrical Assembler
Location: West Chester, PA
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Job Description
Midway Staffing is seeking dependable and motivated Electrical Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in West Chester, PA. This position is based in a production and manufacturing environment and requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work safely around machinery and equipment. Seeking basic electrical assembly and wiring experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Follow direction from managers and team leads.
Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
Wire electrical components according to specifications.
Use hand and power tools for wiring and assembly.
Inspect completed wiring for accuracy and quality.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Wear proper work attire and PPE.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and drawings.
Experience wiring electrical boxes or control panels preferred.
Familiarity with hand and power tools.
Strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent OR relevant experience.
Satisfactory completion of additional background screening (if applicable).
Valid driver's license.
Preferred certifications (OSHA 10, CPR).
Work Environment
Manufacturing and production floor environment.
Standing for long periods throughout the shift.
Use of hand and power tools.
Overtime may be required based on production needs.
PPE and safety procedures must be followed at all times.
