Job description

We need someone local/ drive in candidate within 30 miles of zip code 95128. Please do not submit fly-in candidates even if they are willing to cover their expenses.

Need a provider who can see patients 5+ to all ages. We can start in Nov or Dec based on credentialing timeline.

Willing to work in person in the office. No remote option.

Approx 16 hours per week (Can be negotiated)


Summar y /Duties

Performs needed psychiatric assessments, and provides ongoing medication management services for referred developmentally disabled patients with mental health disorders. Be eligible for MediCal/Medicare certification. Authorized to prescribe controlled substances.
