  • Outpatient Pediatrics in a private, FQHC-designated clinic
  • No call, no hospital rounding
  • Monday-Friday schedule; 4-4.5 clinic days
  • Established practice expanding to a second pediatric location

Practice Snapshot
  • 25 patients/day (seasonal variation)
  • Urgent Care attached with high pediatric volume
  • Strong support staff; procedures optional
  • Cerner / PowerChart EMR
Compensation
  • $250K total package
    • $230K base + RVUs
    • $20K quality bonus
  • $20K sign-on bonus
