Dedicated Driver Overview
- Pay that keeps up with you. Drivers average $93,000-$100,000+ per year, with 70CPM base pay plus a 10CPM safety and on-time bonus, on a dedicated account that still gets you home every week.
- Extra pay that adds up. Earn $20 stop pay and a $100 unload bonus per load, plus an extra $50 when you take a second load in the same 14-hour shift.
- Home time you can count on. Run a dedicated account across Tennessee and Georgia and get home every week.
- Steady, contracted freight. Haul dry van loads on consistent dedicated routes, averaging about 1,500 miles per week with shifts averaging 10-12 hours.
- Extra pay for the work you do. This position includes pallet-jack unloads, with stop pay and load pay available on top of your weekly earnings.

Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 22 years of age
- 6 months of recent OTR experience
- No substance abuse programs within the last 10 years
