Family owned and operated for 31 years, La Za'Za' Trattoria is seeking a hands on Head Chef with Italian cooking experience to lead our high-volume, upscale scratch kitchen. From homemade sausage and meatballs to every dish we serve, we value freshness, consistency, and pride in our work.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Work the line daily and lead the kitchen through fast-paced service.
• Manage ordering, inventory, and daily prep.
• Bring expert skill in trimming and portioning fish and meats, with close attention to quality, freshness, and minimizing waste.
• Maintain high standards for flavor, presentation, cleanliness, and organization.
• Lead by example with strong communication, attention to detail, and genuine pride in your craft.

Schedule: Five days per week with two days off.
