Oxford Solutions is hiring Pharmacy Technicians for direct hire opportunities supporting closed-door, technology-driven pharmacy operations. These roles are ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced pharmacy environment, and focused on accuracy and patient support.
DIRECT HIRE SIGN-ON BONUS! ($3,500)
Schedule:
Full-time rotating schedule including Saturdays.
Responsibilities:
- Support pharmacists with prescription intake, processing, fulfillment, and related pharmacy workflow.
- Enter and review prescription and patient information for accuracy.
- Assist with prescription transfers, order updates, and issue resolution.
- Communicate with patients, providers, and pharmacy partners as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and protect confidential patient information.
- Follow pharmacy procedures and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Work closely with pharmacists and other pharmacy team members to keep orders moving efficiently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- PTCB or NHA certification required prior to joining
- Licensure: Must hold an active PA Pharmacy Technician license
- Previous pharmacy experience preferred; closed-door, mail-order, specialty, or fulfillment pharmacy experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with pharmacy systems and learning new technology.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment.
