Job Title: Assembler I

Location: West Chester, Ohio, USA, 45246

Duration: ( 2 Months contract.)

Shift: Monday - Thursday (4AM-2PM)

Pay rate: $17.61 hourly on W2. (Without benefits)

Requires heavy lifting up to 70 pounds.

Must be able to meet physical requirements of job

To start ASAP Includes employees that are Glue Assemblers, Bagger Operators, Hand Held (Foam Dispenser)

• Shoots foam into molding
• Tucks and trims in and lines the mold with film.
• De-mold product and place in part bin for secondary processing.
• Maintain mold cleanliness for quality assurance of molded cushions.
• Identify and rectify any discrepancies or defects in the assembly process.
• Document assembly processes, test results, and any quality issues encountered.
• Effective communication.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work environment, including the use and implementation of 6S.
• Record production data daily.
• Assist in the training of less qualified employees.

Position Qualifications

Education:

• A high school diploma (or GED) is required.

Experience:

• Level I - 0-1 year of experience.
• Electrical / Mechanical experience required.
• Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office.
