You'll work closely with an outside Project Manager who will manage the specialized consultants supporting the project. Your role will be to represent MOWOC's needs, coordinate staff participation, connect the right people, and help turn recommendations into processes and tools that work for the organization.

  • Maintain supporting documentation and assist with audits, monitoring visits, funder reviews, and other external requests.
  • Identify reporting and data-quality issues and coordinate follow-up and corrective action.
Data, Technology & Project Coordination:
  • Serve as MOWOC's primary internal contact for the data and technology initiative.
  • Partner with the outside Project Manager responsible for managing and coordinating specialized consultants.
  • Coordinate staff participation in discovery, data mapping, workflow reviews, system evaluation, testing, training, and implementation.
  • Translate organizational needs into clear requirements for the Project Manager and consultants.
  • Help evaluate recommendations and turn them into practical processes, policies, tools, and workflows.
  • Support data governance, systems integration, reporting improvements, automation, and responsible use of emerging technologies.

  • Help establish consistent performance and outcome measures across programs.
  • Support dashboards and reporting that help MOWOC understand program reach, outcomes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Train and support staff on data quality, reporting standards, and new processes.
