These are 100% outpatient roles in brand-new centers. Designed for physicians who want to practice relationship-driven care in a supportive, team-based environment with the time and resources to prioritize quality over volume. Position Highlights:
- 100% outpatient primary care
- Low Patient volume: 1214 per day
- Longer appointment times to support prevention and chronic care
- Dedicated care team: MA, scheduler, behavioral health, social work, RN support
- Holistically designed centers with on-site fitness, social, and wellness programs Compensation & Benefits:
- $300,000+ (Negotiable)
- Bonus Structure:
- Up to 20% of base salary
- Based on attainable quality and satisfaction metrics (HEDIS, outcomes, etc.)
