Practice & Role Details:
Location: Rome, GA
Reason for Need: Newly acquired practice seeking a permanent Dentist (locum-to-perm considered)
Start Date: ASAP
Staffing Support: 2 Dental Assistants, 1 Hygienist
Operatories: 4 total (2 Dentist, 2 Hygienist)
Schedule: Mon Thurs 8am 5pm, Fri 8am 2pm
Patients per Day:
Procedures: General, bread-and-butter dentistry
Patient Age Range: 20+ years old
Technology: Open Dental & Dentrix
Payor Mix: Medicare, private insurance, cash (no HMO)
Ideal Candidate:
Licensed General Dentist in Georgia
A true team player with strong communication skills
Willing to build up a patient base
Provides constructive feedback and collaborates with staff for ongoing growth
