What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered orthodontic care, diagnosing and treating conditions using traditional braces, clear aligners, and other orthodontic appliances
- Create customized treatment plans focused on exceptional outcomes and educate patients and families throughout treatment
- Collaborate with a highly trained orthodontic support team, including 5 DAs, a treatment coordinator, and an office manager
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation

Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Certificate from an accredited orthodontic residency program
- Partnership and ownership
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in North Dakota

Compensation
Annual earnings potential: $300k+
- Production incentives:
- 90 day guarantee + net production % of collections
- Partnership Opportunity: Yes
