As FMD, you will lead a cohesive team of 5 anesthesiologists and 13 CRNAs in a care model designed to deliver exceptional patient outcomes while supporting physician quality of life. Unlike many leadership roles, this position offers a manageable call schedule, allowing you to focus on practice leadership, operational performance, clinician engagement, and hospital partnership initiatives.
Practice Highlights- Well-established anesthesiology team
- 6 operating rooms, 2 GI suites, and 1 OB unit
- Dedicated CRNA nocturnist coverage (7pm-7am) managing labor epidurals and overnight obstetric anesthesia needs
