Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive, acute, and chronic illness management, to a diverse patient population.
- Manage a full patient load with approximately 36 face-to-face clinical hours per week, enabling quality patient interactions and sufficient time for professional development.
- Coordinate and utilize nearby laboratory and imaging services to facilitate timely and effective diagnostics.
- Employ efficient patient paneling strategies to ensure continuity of care and foster long-term patient relationships.
- Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation with fellow Family Medicine providers to ensure 24/7 patient support.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team comprising physicians and advanced practice providers within a physician-led environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative patient care strategies aligned with UCHealth s mission of delivering world-class healthcare.
- Engage actively in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings to enhance healthcare delivery.
- Support UCHealth s commitment to accessible healthcare, community engagement, and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications: - Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (must complete residency).
- Truly Board Eligible physicians are encouraged to apply; certification must be obtained within a defined period.
- Active medical license in the state of Colorado or eligible for licensure.
- No visa sponsorship available; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Commitment to providing patient-centered, empathetic care in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits: - Base Salary: $257,000 to $286,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000.
- Performance Bonuses: Generous productivity bonus based on wRVUs.
