What You ll Do
- Provide Emergency Medicine care in an Emergency Department/Urgent Care setting.
- Evaluate and manage patients presenting for emergency and urgent medical concerns.
- Collaborate with APCs and the physician team during daytime shifts.
- Coordinate care with General Surgery, Orthopedics, and Hospitalist teams.
- Use available Telestroke and Tele ICU services to support patient care.
- Participate in care delivery within a setting seeing approximately patients in 24 hours.
- Work within a multidisciplinary environment supported by on-site air transport resources.

About the Assignment
This opportunity is with a leading facility in Portage, Wisconsin, located approximately 30 minutes from Madison and 20 minutes from Wisconsin Dells. The ED/Urgent Care setting is supported by two APCs, a physician team, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Hospitalists, Telestroke services, Tele ICU services, and an on-site UW helicopter.
