Hospitalist Physician

Schedule & Coverage:

• Initial coverage: December , 2026 ( Most likely more needs onward)
• Shift: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM (night shifts in Woodruff)
  
• Additional day and night shifts may be available at other locations.
  
• Ongoing coverage needs are anticipated.

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient hospitalist care and manage admissions.
  
• Round on assigned patients.
  
• Supervise one PA/NP.
• Manage adult acute and chronic conditions.
  
• Level III trauma facility.
  
• Provide appropriate inpatient care based on clinical needs.

Requirements:

• Board-certified in Hospital Medicine.
  
• Active Wisconsin medical license or IMLC eligibility.
  
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Comfortable covering night shifts.
  
• Temporary privileges may be available.
