Job description

Location: Kerrville, TX
Duration: 6-month contract
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
Setting: Inpatient Forensic Psychiatric Hospital
Patient Population: Texas NGRI population
Caseload: Approximately 24 patients (not seen daily)
Leadership Role: Lead a multidisciplinary treatment team
Additional Responsibilities:
Court-related documentation and testimony
Quality Improvement projects and quarterly chart reviews
Medical staff meetings
Collaboration with experienced Nurse Practitioners
EMR: Cerner / IRIS
Requirements: Board Certified Psychiatrist
