What Youll Be Doing
Direct multi-location practice operations and administrative teams
Develop strategic plans supporting growth and profitability
Oversee budgets, staffing, facilities, and technology
Implement policies, procedures, and operational improvements
Monitor performance and advise executive leadership
Support expansion and development of new locations
About You
Be able to do the job as described.
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field
Minimum 7 years of healthcare management experience
At least 3 years of supervisory experience
Ability to lead complex, multi-location healthcare operations
Strong financial, strategic planning, and operational leadership skills
