Clinical RoleRecruitWell is seeking a Board Certified Urologist for locums coverage in Fort Myers, Florida. This is an inpatient opportunity with a 7-on / 7-off schedule and 24-hour coverage responsibilities. Urologic surgical capability is required.

Coverage: January 1, 2027 - June 30, 2027
Inpatient setting
7 days on / 7 days off
Onsite daytime coverage: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
24-hour coverage during each 7-day block

Clinical Details & Responsibilities
Provide inpatient Urology coverage
Evaluate and manage hospitalized Urology patients
Respond to urgent and emergent Urologic needs
Perform Urologic surgical procedures
Collaborate with hospital staff and other clinical teams
Complete timely clinical documentation
Provide continuous coverage throughout assigned 7-day blocks

Board Certified in Urology required
Active Florida medical license required
Must be comfortable with Urologic surgical procedures
Must be available for 24-hour coverage during assigned 7-on blocks
