- Status: Full-Time
- Hours: Monday Friday 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $25.00 $40.00 / hour (Commensurate with experience and educational background)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform moderate-to-high complexity clinical laboratory testing accurately and efficiently in accordance with established laboratory policies, guidelines, and protocols.
- Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced diagnostic laboratory instrumentation and technology.
- Validate test results, maintain rigorous quality control standards, and quickly communicate critical values to healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate laboratory documentation, specimen logs, and electronic medical record entries.
- Work collaboratively with a professional team of clinicians while maintaining the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Required Certification: Must hold an active certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) .
- Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for a valid State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Personnel License .
- Experience: Prior experience working in an active clinical laboratory environment is strongly preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, high technical competence, and a strict commitment to quality patient care.
