A hospital imaging department in southeastern Alabama is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine examinations according to established protocols.

• Prepare patients and administer radiopharmaceuticals within the appropriate scope of practice.

• Follow radiation safety and quality-control procedures.

• Maintain accurate patient and examination records.

• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical teams.

• Participate in assigned call coverage.

Qualifications

• Appropriate nuclear medicine education and certification.

• Strong knowledge of radiation safety and patient care.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Availability for daytime scheduling and call.
