About the Opportunity We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our clinical team. In this role, you will be responsible for the nursing process as a basis for patient care, providing direction and oversight to both licensed and non-licensed staff. Core Responsibilities - Clinical Assessment: Assess patient care needs and develop/reassess comprehensive plans of care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
- Patient Care: Coordinate and provide nursing care to individuals and groups in collaboration with attending physicians.
- Education & Milieu Management: Assist in teaching patients and their families; provide milieu management and communicate discharge/aftercare planning needs.
- Safety & Security: Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff in both individual and group settings.
- Documentation: Accurately document, report, and verify all patient information according to established policies.
- Risk Management: Monitor and report any potential risks to patient safety to physicians to prevent adverse outcomes.
- Professionalism: Maintain a customer-friendly environment by adhering to quality improvement standards and fostering positive professional relationships.
Qualifications - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to lead a care team.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, person-centered care.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Enthusiasm for behavioral health and professional excellence.
