We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join an outpatient family practice team in New Hampshire!
Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care through assessments, planning, and implementation of nursing interventions

Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to develop individualized care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
-
Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records
-
Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive care
-
Provide guidance and support to LPNs and Medical Assistants
-
Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and safety standards
-
Deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care
Requirements:

Active New Hampshire RN license or eligible compact license
-
BLS certification through the American Heart Association required
-
Previous nursing experience required
-
New graduates are not being considered at this time

Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and equipment
-
Excellent communication and organizational skills
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Candidates must currently reside in New Hampshire or be actively relocating to the state
